These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WellBoss services provided by Business Pro 28 LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms.
WellBoss provides Google Business Profile optimization and Google Maps ranking services for water well drilling contractors. Services include GBP management, review generation tools, citation building, content publishing, and ranking reports as described on wellboss.co.
We work with one well drilling company per service area. Once your area is claimed, we will not accept a competing driller in that market. If you cancel, your area becomes available to other drillers.
Google Maps rankings depend on many factors including your location, competition, review history, and Google's algorithm. We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or a specific number of leads. The examples and case studies on our website are representative of typical results but are not guarantees. Individual results vary.
You retain full ownership of your Google Business Profile at all times. We operate as a Manager on your profile. You can revoke access at any time. If you cancel our services, we remove ourselves as Manager and your profile remains yours.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
WellBoss is not liable for changes to Google's algorithm, Google Business Profile policies, or third-party platform availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
